At SkiNova®, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- In the same condition in which it was received
- Accompanied by your order number or other proof of purchase
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products, opened Micro-Infusion Kits, used applicators, or single-use components.
Products marked as final sale and digital gift cards are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law.
Starting a Return
Before returning an item, contact us at support.skinova@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. Once approved, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.
Include your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label. After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped by SkiNova®.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. SkiNova® is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return resulted from an error made by SkiNova®.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after it has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to you under applicable consumer-protection laws.
